Northboro Oil delivers a superior grade of heating oil to all customers at no additional charge. Our fuel, known as Heating Oil Plus™, uses a multipurpose additive to keep your system clean, enhance burner performance and simplify maintenance.
Heating oil provides the highest quality warmth of any heating fuel, and it's the value leader in Massachusetts nearly every year, when compared to other fuels. It also has a clean, green future, due to the introduction of renewable Bioheat® fuel and the transition to reduced-sulfur fuel. In fact, the Energy Research Center has reported that a blend combining biofuel and reduced-sulfur heating oil "may well become the preferred fuel for lowering greenhouse gas emissions in the U.S." These advanced blends are compatible with existing heating oil equipment.
Automatic Delivery
Automatic delivery of heating oil is an excellent service that makes refilling your tank more convenient and reduces the amount of phone calls you have to make. Northboro Oil tracks your supply and delivers automatically any time your supply runs low. We set your delivery schedule based on the home's past usage rate, then adjust it to reflect the severity of the winter, which we track using a degree-day system. You can rest easy, knowing your heating oil supply is in good hands, with Northboro Oil's automatic delivery service.
NOTE: If you are on automatic delivery and you think your usage rate has changed, please let us know. (The most common reason for a change in fuel rate is building a new addition on a home.)
